OK, So I have been talking to you about the “Hedgehog Concept”

Many of you have scratched your head.

The simplest explanation is that if you want to succeed, you have got to have:

1. You have to be really into what you are doing. This is called passion.
2. Then you have to know what you have a natural propensity to be the best in the world at.
3. And what can you make money at with passion and talent. Also known as the economic engine.

Jim Collins’ books are essential reading for anyone that wants to excel in business.
