I LOVE this! Such great things to be able to do when one owns one’s house. I can only imagine this site over the years. I’m sure your girls love eating their fresh food off the vine. That is one of my earliest memories, eating green peppers off their little bushes. I must’ve been two. I was laughing when I heard the train. I don’t miss that one bit! I had a big raised bed garden out on north B st back in the day and the okra grew like nobody’s business. Lots of success with tomatoes (which you don’t need me to tell you, actually) and tomatillos and peppers, chard and all leafy greens grew bionic, all the herbs, especially strawberries and borage, melons, carrots. No luck with corn (how ironic) and beans. I think with a couple of ducks my issues would have been solved. Good luck and I look forward to all the wonderful progress!
